Obituary of Myrl D. Jackson

Myrl D. Jackson, 93, of Salem, died Saturday.

He was born in Wheeler, Kan., and moved here in 1916. He was a maintenance man for Willamette University for 15 years and a World War I Army veteran.

Survivors include his nephew, Herman Evans, Portland, and cousin, Chester Park, Salem.

The casket will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today in Rigdon-Ransom mortuary. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Lee Mission Cemetery.
